Jeffery Hale Community Partners’ mission is to promote and contribute
to the health and well-being of the English-speaking population of the
Quebec City and Chaudière-Appalaches regions.
The Greater Quebec City region has a vibrant and thriving English-speaking community. We understand the importance of helping to improve quality of life by supporting health and social services, education, religious and cultural activities.
